Temporary policy changes

In the face of unprovoked aggression against the independent  Ukrain , ABP decided to introduce the following changes to its editorial policy:

1. To fully waive publication charges for Ukrainian authors.

2. To stop considering manuscripts submitted by authors affiliated with Russian institutions.

Both policies will remain in effect until further notice.
