The Acta Biochimica Polonica Journal Awards

Established by the Polish Biochemical Society, these awards aim to recognize outstanding contributions to biochemical research published in the Acta Biochimica Polonica journal.

Three awards have been established:

  • Best Paper Award
  • Best Paper by Young Investigator Award
  • Best Review Paper Award

Acta Biochimica Polonica is the official journal of the Polish Biochemical Society

Founded in 1958, the Polish Biochemical society aims to promote and support all aspects of biochemical research in Poland. To achieve these aims, the Polish Biochemical Society organizes conferences, scientific discussions, meetings, lectures and workshops, and publishes scientific magazines. It also evaluates the situation and needs of biochemistry in Poland and deals with state authorities responsible for scientific policy.
